inspirations to melloyellow
some of you will be surprized to know that, yes, i have had a number of inspirations. NOTE: due toconstant complaints from people who are associated with my inspirations coughshermanannebelleaaroncough, i have edited out the obvious untrue parts. hopefully theyll let me get some sleep now
starting with the legend that is my brother: Sherman, or Merryberry as many people know him. sherman was about my only friend i had growing up, laugh at me if you will, but i didn't need anyone else. sherman spent so much time with me in my early years, even though there is an 8 year difference between us. for that, i thank him. then, there is Castle Oldchair, my cousin. there is a 10 year difference between us, but if you were blindfolded during one of our conversations, you wouldn't know it. castle sees me as him as he was growing up, so we match perfectly. even before my musical talent exploded, he still spent time, playing Tony Hawk, that being the only thing we really ever did. then, when i went through the roof with talent, we spent more time together. another inspiration i had, would be my sister in law, or my brother's wife, Annebelle. yes, i even had female inspirations in my musical lifetime. she was always positive and helped in anything she could help in. how did she inspire me musically? well, she was part of a band. with who? sherman, castle, and niles. they were known as Tres Llamas. sherman played bass, castle was the lead guitarist and lead vocalist, annebelle played violin, and niles was the drummer. niles, another one of my insprirations, even though i didn't know him all that well. i listen to the Pinch Midgets recording, when niles was the drummer, and i try to play the drum beat. i got very talented at playing the Tres Llamas Songs. then, for reasons that i dont know, niles left for Florida. tres llamas needed a new drummer. about one year later, aaron came. aaron was a drummer, and although oldchair and him had their casual arguements, he became the drummer of tres llamas. aaron and i became good friends, and yes, i believe there is a 7 year difference between us too. we were both hyper, and had the same interests (but he sucked @ tony hawk...). it was even on his drum set, that i became acquainted with the drums. yes, aaron may have been one of the greatest inspirations in my life. without him, i would not be a drummer today. well, aaron eventually moved back to Ohio, or whereever he lived.(happy now aaron?) castle then gave me my first drumset and i began. so this is my story of inspirations. sorry for the length.
UPDATE: I am...um...alright, happy to announce that aaron is happily married and lives on the eleventh story of a 12 story apartment complex where he drives his neighbors crazy with his radical, yet groovy beats from his drums.
